Immediate Past Governor of Delta State, Dr Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, being welcomed by Secretary to the Delta State Government, Rt. Hon. Festus Ovie Agas, at the funeral service of the First Civilian Governor of Delta State, Olorogun Senator Felix Ovuodoroye Ibru, at the All Saints Anglican Cathedral, Ughelli.
